325 EXPERIENCES creates interactive formats in which the guest does not simply observe. They participate, respond, leave something behind or create something of their own. The hardware exists to enable that behaviour, not to become the main attraction. Each experience can operate within a 325 project or independently inside a third-party event, either through rental or with direct participation from our team.
325 projects include immersive activations, automated booths and specialist experiential-capture equipment. After they began complaining about spending too much time in storage between productions, we created a vertical that can provide both equipment and standalone experiences outside 325 projects, through rental or with direct participation from our team.
A booth, microphone, telephone, screen or trigger is not an experience by itself. It needs a story, a clear action and a reason for someone to use it. 325 EXPERIENCES connects hardware with storytelling so that guests understand what to do without feeling that they have been invited to complete a technical assessment.
Several of these applications were originally developed for our own projects. After they began complaining about spending too much time in storage between productions, we created a vertical capable of deploying them independently. A ready-to-use experience can therefore enter another event without requiring the entire occasion to be redesigned around it.
325: EXPERIENCE FORMATS
Three ways for an audience to participate.
The format is selected according to the action expected from the guest, the environment and the result that should remain afterwards. The technology follows that decision. It does not replace it.
01
Immersive Activations
Interactive experiences integrated into events, campaigns, hospitality settings and public or private environments. They may use movement, sound, narrative, physical objects or a combination of media. Their purpose is to move the guest from observation into participation without necessarily requiring a screen, a camera or a complicated set of instructions.
02
Automated Booths
Self-contained experiential installations that add a clear point of interaction within a wider event. Guests can participate without the entire occasion being built around the booth. Depending on the format and operational requirements, the experience may operate independently or with support from the 325 team.
03
Experiential Capture
Formats that allow people to leave, record, create or capture something meaningfully connected to the occasion. The output may be audio, visual or interactive and is not limited to photography. An Audio Guestbook, for example, turns messages from guests into a living archive of voices and personal stories.
325: DELIVERY MODES
The experience arrives in two ways.
Not every application requires the same level of presence, operation or technical support. The delivery mode is determined by the format, venue, guest flow and level of control required.
RENTAL // SELF-CONTAINED
Integrated into your event
Suitable experiences and equipment can be supplied for integration into a third-party event. 325 prepares the system, physical presentation and required operating guidance. The precise level of support depends on the application; rental does not automatically mean that every format operates without installation, supervision or a technical handover.
WITH 325 // ON SITE
Direct participation from our team
Where the experience requires installation, operation, coordination with the venue, guest activation or management of the resulting material, the 325 team can be present on site. We manage the specific experiential application, not the entire event unless that responsibility has been commissioned separately through 325 EVENTS.
The same experience. A different level of 325 involvement.
325: WHO IT SERVES
For events that require participation.
325 EXPERIENCES serves professionals and private clients looking to add a specific experiential function to an event rather than simply introducing another decorative object with a cable attached.
01
Event Planners
Ready-to-deploy experiential applications that can fit different concepts, venues and production plans. They add a clear point of participation without requiring the Event Planner to develop the hardware, guest flow and interaction mechanism from the beginning.
02
Wedding Organizers
Formats that give guests a natural way to participate, speak or leave personal material connected to the occasion. The experience is integrated into the flow and visual identity of the event without turning the wedding into a technology demonstration.
03
Hotels
Experiential applications for hosted events, corporate gatherings, weddings, retreats or selected points of guest interaction. The solution may operate temporarily or as part of a specific production while respecting the venue’s operations, space and established identity.
04
Private Events
Standalone experiences for private occasions where the hosts want something more meaningful than conventional event capture. From a distinctive Audio Guestbook to an interactive format, the objective is to give guests a reason to participate and leave behind something genuinely personal.
325: THE EXPERIENCE PRINCIPLE
The technology has succeeded when the guest forgets they are using it.
The system should guide the interaction without demanding all the attention. The less the mechanism needs to be explained, the more room there is for a genuine response.
325: EXPERIENCE DEPLOYMENT
From guest action to final output.
We do not begin by selecting equipment. We begin by deciding what the guest should do, feel or leave behind. The venue, hardware, content and operating model follow from that choice.
01
Choose the Interaction
We define the actual action expected from the guest. Should they speak, answer, trigger something, create material or leave a message? The interaction must be clear, relevant to the event and simple enough to begin without a technical briefing.
02
Fit the Environment
We adapt the application to the available space, audience, flow, duration, event identity and genuine operating conditions. An experience that disrupts movement, creates a queue in the wrong place or competes with the main programme requires better planning, not a larger sign.
03
Configure the Experience
We prepare the hardware, interface, physical presentation and required content. Activation points, guidance, visual integration and the method of storing or delivering the output are configured as one system. Every technical decision must support the same experience.
04
Deploy & Capture
We install and test the application in the real environment, support it on site where required and manage the relevant output or captured material. The work is complete when the experience has functioned for the people using it, not simply when the correct indicator light has appeared.
325: WHO DOES WHAT
Three verticals. Three different responsibilities.
The verticals may work together, but they are not interchangeable. The relevant vertical depends on whether the project requires a ready-to-deploy experience, a custom technical system or the complete production of the event.
EXPERIENCES
325 EXPERIENCES
Provides and develops standalone experiential activations, automated booths and equipment that can enter an event through rental or with direct participation from 325.
EVENTS
325 EVENTS
Manages the complete production of a commissioned event: brief, venue, suppliers, hospitality, operations and live delivery. An EXPERIENCES application may appear within that event; it is not the entire production.
Designs or builds custom systems, prototypes, interfaces and physical applications when the required solution does not already exist. A LABS system may later become a reusable EXPERIENCES format.
Only 325 EXPERIENCES records cleared for public disclosure appear here. Completed or active projects are presented according to their status, while work still under development displays only approved information. PROJECT // 26XSTORY remains STATUS // IN DEVELOPMENT. That is the full public record for now.
The best technology does not interrupt the experience.
325 EXPERIENCES uses hardware, interfaces and automation to make participation feel more natural, not more technical. The equipment succeeds when it disappears into the interaction and leaves the person, the story and the response in the foreground. Guests will try to press the wrong button anyway. Our job is to make sure there is no wrong button.
