CUSTOM SOFTWARE
Web applications and custom tools designed around specific operational needs. Not software for the sake of having software.

SYSTEMS // SOFTWARE // INFRASTRUCTURE
Software, systems, automation, hardware and custom constructions. From the first line of code to the moment someone actually needs to use it.
WHAT WE BUILDWHAT IS 325 LABS
LABS is where technology meets actual operations. We design software, systems, automation and physical solutions for problems that are not always solved by an off-the-shelf tool.
Sometimes the answer is a web application. Sometimes it needs scanners, printers, displays, networking, hardware or a physical construction working alongside the software. We are not particularly interested in which category it belongs to. We are interested in whether it works.
We do not start with the technology we want to use. We start with what needs to happen.
WHAT WE BUILD
We do not start with software. We start with the problem. If the solution needs code, hardware, construction, automation or all of them together, that is where LABS begins.
Web applications and custom tools designed around specific operational needs. Not software for the sake of having software.
Websites, portals, booking flows, registration systems and digital platforms connecting content, data, users and real-world processes.
We connect systems, data and repetitive processes so fewer things need a person standing in the middle.
Displays, scanners, printers, terminals, sensors, networks and software working as one operational system. The screen is only one part of the solution.
Constructions and installations that connect space, operations and technology. From purpose-built stations and interfaces to prototypes and one-off applications.
Temporary technology infrastructure for events and large-scale operations: systems, hardware, networks, printing, scanners, displays, installation and operational support.
DIGITAL IS NOT ENOUGH
A system can be technically correct and operationally useless. That is why we design the software, hardware, physical space and the flow of the people using it as parts of the same system.
HOW WE BUILD
We do not arrive with a predefined stack and look for somewhere to use it. We understand the operation first and work backwards from the result the system needs to deliver.
We look at the process as it actually works: people, space, constraints, exceptions and the points where time is currently being lost.
We design the flow before we design the screen. What needs to happen, who does what and what information is required at each point.
We develop the software and, where necessary, connect it with hardware, interfaces, automation and physical constructions.
The system is installed where it actually needs to work. We configure the real infrastructure, not just the production environment.
Real use finds things no meeting ever will. We measure, observe and improve the system based on how it performs in operation.
WHERE LABS WORKS
Custom software, web platforms, automation and physical-digital infrastructure that become part of the everyday operation of a business.
Software, POS, terminals, printers, scanners, displays, networks and operational infrastructure that can be temporarily deployed for events, festivals, exhibitions, pop-ups and large-scale operations.
LABS ≠ EXPERIENCES
Builds the technology, tools and infrastructure that make something work.
HAVE A PROBLEM?
And if it already exists, we may already have something that does most of the job. We start with the problem and determine whether it needs a custom solution, one of our ready-made platforms or something in between.
