The verticals are not unrelated services sitting beneath the same logo. They are different ways in which 325 does real work.

Each vertical has a specific purpose, audience and way of operating. Some create our own projects, others serve clients, while others provide services, equipment or professional education. They all follow the same commercial discipline and social accountability. They were not created to make the organisation chart look larger. They exist because there is work for them to do.
325 // PRODUCTIONS
The heart of 325. Our own projects.
325 PRODUCTIONS designs, funds and delivers original concepts. This is where we apply our Framework without client restrictions, creating the projects we want to see exist in the market. We work directly with the end user: local residents, visitors and the wider community participating in our productions.
325 // EVENTS
Our expertise, working for others.
325 EVENTS designs and delivers high-end corporate events, VIP experiences and premium productions for companies, Marketing Departments and institutions. We transfer the production value of our own projects into third-party brands and deliver a complete event. The idea does not belong to us — usually. The delivery does.
325 // LABS
Our hybrid laboratory.
325 LABS provides digital services alongside real-world construction, hardware hacking and traditional marketing. It is the part of 325 forced to turn whatever we need into something tangible. As though that were not enough work, it also provides services and custom-built solutions to businesses, startups and brands outside the 325 ecosystem.
325 // ACADEMY
Our professional learning ecosystem.
325 ACADEMY develops intensive training programmes around genuine market skills, led by active professionals working in the subjects they teach. It returns practical knowledge to the community through a self-funded model for freelancers, emerging creators, students and organisations that want to invest properly in the development of their teams.
325 // EXPERIENCES
Hardware, storytelling and experiential capture.
325 projects include immersive activations, automated booths and specialist experiential-capture equipment. After they began complaining about spending too much time in storage between productions, we created a vertical that can provide both equipment and standalone experiences outside 325 projects, through rental or with direct participation from our team.
325 INCUBATOR is the development environment for every idea that has not yet taken a public form. It may be a new project, a production or a potential future vertical. When something is ready, it leaves the Incubator and receives a proper announcement. Until then, it remains classified, because that sounds more organised than saying, “we are still discussing it.”
If it does not appear in THE REGISTRY or among the active verticals, it is probably here. The information exists. It is simply classified.
