325: THE REGISTRY

RECORDS WITH CONTROLLED ACCESS.

Every 325 project begins as a closed development file and receives a code name before it receives a public one. Not everything is disclosed immediately, because some ideas need work before they need an audience. THE REGISTRY records what has launched or been announced, what remains in development under restricted disclosure, and what has been completed but still belongs in the public archive. Missing information is not an oversight; it is an access level. Secrecy is useful. Proper filing is more useful. And yes, we use project codes. No, we will not explain all of them.

325: CLASSIFICATION INDEX

THREE STATUSES. ONE ARCHIVE.

The Registry does not present every project as part of one undifferentiated portfolio. Each record is classified according to its current status: Deployed, In Development or Archived. This separates work in an active public phase from projects under controlled development and completed work that remains part of the official record.

STATUS // DEPLOYED

DEPLOYED // PUBLIC PROJECTS

Projects that have been announced, launched or remain active in their public phase, without yet forming part of the historical archive.

00

There is currently no project in an active public phase. When there is, the project will be placed here — correctly classified.

STATUS // IN DEVELOPMENT

IN DEVELOPMENT // RESTRICTED

Projects currently in active development that have not yet been officially announced. Their codes are public. Their real identity, purpose and remaining information are deliberately restricted.

THE DIRECTIVE

The delivery of a school chess tournament to professional production standards, ensuring its educational and social value was supported by considered organisation, spatial planning and participant flow.

THE 325 APPROACH

We treated chess as an exercise in strategy rather than a conventional school celebration that simply required a few tables. We designed the spatial architecture, the arrangement of the playing areas and the movement of participants and visitors, allowing the tournament to operate with clarity, safety and professional production standards. Its educational and social value remained central without being used as an excuse for lower delivery expectations. At 325, a project designed to create community impact must be planned and delivered with the same precision required of any commercial production.

10 Years To Magazaki

THE DIRECTIVE

The design of a high-end, micro-scale event marking the tenth anniversary of To Magazaki, with an emphasis on intimacy, atmosphere and an experience worthy of the occasion.

THE 325 APPROACH

We rejected the standard anniversary-party format and applied the 325 Framework to create a closed, intimate experience with a clear identity. Space and gastronomy were not treated as decoration or supporting extras, but as the main mechanisms shaping the atmosphere. Every decision was organised to keep the scale controlled, personal and carefully executed. The tenth anniversary therefore became a complete experiential production rather than an ordinary party with slightly better lighting.

325: DISCLOSURE POLICY

Information has a status.

Anything missing from a file is missing deliberately. A project is disclosed when it is ready to move from internal development into the public record — not simply because we need something new to publish. THE REGISTRY is updated according to the status of each project, keeping the archive accurate without exposing work that is still taking shape. Secrecy is useful. Proper filing is more useful. Fortunately, black redaction bars are unnecessary when you simply avoid typing the secret in the first place.
