FIVE-WEEK LEARNING // ACTIVE VERTICAL

KNOWLEDGE NEEDS TIME. AND APPLICATION.

325 ACADEMY organises learning into intensive five-week cycles, so knowledge does not end with the presentation. Participants work on practical market skills with professionals who remain active in their fields, have time to apply the learning between sessions and return with genuine questions. Participation is available in person or live online. Mute buttons remain optional. Participation in the discussion rather less so.

325: WHY ACADEMY

Knowledge should return to where it can be used.

325 ACADEMY develops intensive training programmes around genuine market skills, led by active professionals working in the subjects they teach. It returns practical knowledge to the community through a self-funded model for freelancers, emerging creators, students and organisations that want to invest properly in the development of their teams.

325 was created by people working across different disciplines who understand that a great deal of professional knowledge remains trapped inside projects, teams and everyday decisions. ACADEMY exists to organise that knowledge and return it to the wider community in a form that can be understood, tested and used.

The instructors do not step away from the market to speak about it in theory. They remain active in the fields they teach and bring real processes, constraints and decisions into the programme. The model is self-funded, allowing the content to remain independent of sponsorship obligations, product advertising and presentations that somehow conclude with one particular brand.

325: THE FIVE-WEEK MODEL

Four weeks of learning. One week of application.

Each cycle develops through four-hour weekly sessions. The first four weeks build understanding, method and application in a structured sequence. The fifth operates as a Case Lab, where the learning is tested against participants’ real cases, questions and problems.

01

Foundation

We begin with the subject, its essential language and the context in which it operates. We define the critical ideas, separate what genuinely matters and create a shared base, so the following weeks do not require simultaneous interpretation from professional terminology.

02

Method

We examine the process, tools and decisions involved in applying the subject in everyday professional practice. The programme covers not only what should be done, but in what order, according to which criteria and what usually happens when the least impressive step is omitted.

03

Application

The learning is tested through real examples, practical exercises and problems resembling those encountered in the market. The aim is to move from understanding into application before the first genuine test takes place in front of a client, employer or cash-flow statement.

04

Integration

We connect the subject to the participant’s actual business, professional role or team. We examine constraints, priorities and the points at which the new learning must work with existing processes — which, for better or worse, do not disappear simply because a session has ended.

05

Case Lab

The fifth week focuses on real participant cases, questions and problems. We use the previous learning to assess options, test the method and identify what needs to change when reality declines to follow the notes precisely.

325: WHO IT SERVES

For people who need to use the knowledge.

ACADEMY is designed for people and teams requiring practical understanding rather than familiarity with terminology alone. Participation is available in person or live online, so access is not determined entirely by geography.

01

Small businesses & independent operators

For people making daily decisions about their business who need better control over their tools, collaborators and processes. The objective is not to do everything alone, but to understand what they are requesting, approving and paying for.

02

Freelancers & emerging professionals

For professionals seeking to strengthen an existing specialism, understand how the market operates or connect their work with the commercial and operational demands that are rarely included in their original training.

03

Students & early-career professionals

For people who want to understand how knowledge is used beyond the classroom and within real professional conditions. ACADEMY does not replace formal study. It adds the part where deadlines, limitations and clients acquire the right to express an opinion.

04

Organisations & teams

For businesses and institutions that need to develop specific capabilities, establish a shared working method or connect learning with genuine operational requirements. The content is organised around the subject rather than general exercises in corporate optimism.

325: PARTICIPATION MODES

The same programme. Two ways to participate.

In-person and live-online participants follow the same scheduled cycle. Both formats include real-time teaching, questions, discussion and practical work. This is not a video library that simply remembers where you stopped watching.

IN PERSON

In the same room

Physical participation allows direct discussion, group work, practical exercises and continuous interaction with the instructor and other participants. The setting operates as a practical workshop rather than a room in which the primary requirement is remaining visibly awake.

LIVE ONLINE

In the same session, from elsewhere

Online participation takes place live and at a scheduled time, with opportunities for questions, discussion and active involvement in exercises. It provides access beyond Heraklion without turning the programme into a sequence of recorded videos and polite reminders that access is about to expire.

A different location. The same content, pace and expectation that you arrive prepared.

325: LEARNING PRINCIPLES

Four principles. None of them decorative.

The ACADEMY model is built around four practical choices determining who teaches, how long learning takes, who influences the content and what participants should be able to do afterwards.

01

Active Professionals

Instructors remain professionally active in the subjects they teach. They bring current practice, genuine limitations and decisions taken every day in the market. It is not enough to know how a process is described. They must also know what happens when it is applied.

02

Structured Duration

Learning develops across five weeks, allowing time for understanding, application, questions and correction. The duration is not there to make the programme look larger. It exists because knowledge needs time between sessions before it begins to become useful.

03

Independent Content

The self-funded model protects the content from sponsorship direction and embedded product advertising. Tools and approaches are considered because they are relevant to the subject, not because somebody paid for them to occupy the largest slide.

04

Practical Application

Every programme connects theory with examples, exercises and real cases. Success is not measured by the number of slides presented, but by whether participants can apply a method, make better decisions and depend less heavily on assumptions.

325: AREAS OF PRACTICE

The fields in which the model may be applied.

The areas below are broad learning territories rather than announced programmes or a final curriculum. Each cycle will be made public only when its subject, instructors, structure and genuine learning objectives have been confirmed. A title remains important. It is not yet a programme.

01

Business & Digital

Practical capabilities connected to business operations, strategy, marketing, digital presence, communication and the commercial decisions that link tools with genuine organisational objectives.

02

Hospitality & Food

Fields connecting hospitality, food operations, production, organisation, customer experience, resource management and commercial control within real operating conditions.

03

Creative & Technical

Applied capabilities involving design, content production, physical construction, technology, equipment and the movement of a creative idea from initial design into a functioning result.

04

Team Development

Programmes for teams requiring a shared language, stronger processes, specific professional capabilities or learning connected directly to the operational and commercial needs of their organisation.

325: THE ACADEMY RECORD

THE FIRST PROGRAMME REMAINS CLASSIFIED.

PROJECT // 2610ACAD is currently in development and has not yet been publicly announced. Its real title, subject, instructors, dates, participation details and remaining information will appear only after official disclosure. Until then, the Registry knows more than it is authorised to say.

325: KNOWLEDGE IN USE

Knowledge becomes valuable when you can use it.

325 ACADEMY gives participants time to understand, test and adapt a method to their actual needs. The objective is not to leave with another folder of slides, notes and files marked for review “at some point”. It is to leave with greater independence and a clearer way of deciding what to do next.
